棕榈油分离用耐磨片上市/carbide tiles for palm oil separation are coming

离心机在分离棕榈油过程中，容易发生严重的磨损，原因是油泥中含有大量的泥沙。

如果螺旋叶片上的耐磨片没有卓越的耐磨性，就很容易过快磨损。

这导致离心机不得不提前返厂维护。这将严重影响设备的工作效率。

我们针对棕榈油分离的特殊要求，采用耐磨性优秀的硬质合金，

并特殊设计了焊接工艺，研制了专门针对棕榈油分离的特殊耐磨片。

我们已生产了专门针对IHI和alfa laval离心机的棕榈油专用耐磨片。

In the process of separating palm oil, the decanter centrifuge is prone to serious wear and tear, 

because the oil sludge contains a lot of sediment. 

If the carbide tiles on the flight of conveyer  does not have excellent wear resistance,  

it is easy to wear too fast.  

This led to the centrifuge had to return to the factory for maintenance in advance.  

This will seriously affect the working efficiency of the equipment. 

According to the special requirements of palm oil separation,  

we have adopted tungsten  carbide inserts with excellent wear resistance, specially designed the brazing process, 

and developed a special wear-resistant carbide tiles for palm oil separation. 

We have produced special carbide tile  for palm oil for IHI and Alfa Laval centrifuges.
